Ok, I'm getting very sick of this. I've looked for a very long time for conjure lightning. I'm almost to level 19 and I haven't found it yet. Can someone please tell me/show me where it is? It would be greatly appreciated.

Trust me, I've checked that. I can't find that boss anywhere around there.

I think you failed to read the part that said it was available from the skills guy in Camp Rankor.

regarding Camp Rankor,
its NorthWest of Draknor's Forge

you will probably have to complete the 3 Desert missions and ascend before you are able to travel to Rankor

unless you have some hearty friends that will help you travel thru Lomar's Pass/Snake Dance
